Our Promise To You Rambert is incredibly grateful to the many individuals, companies, trusts and grant makers who support our work. Without their generosity, our mission, to give brilliant and daring people a platform to inspire others, and help change the world for the better, would not be possible. We are committed to treating all donors with the highest level of care and respect, and to ensuring that giving to Rambert is a positive and rewarding experience. Rambert is a registered member of the UK Fundraising Regulator and follows the Code of Fundraising Practice. Our promise to you In accepting a donation from you, we promise: To treat you with respect, honesty and understanding. To recognise and acknowledge your gift promptly. To be available if you need to talk to us about your gift, or if you have any concerns or complaints. To ensure your gift is used for the area(s) you wish to support. Where a gift is unrestricted, Rambert will decide where best to apply the donation. To keep you updated on the impact of your support, and to provide progress reports where relevant. To recognise and publicise donations in consultation with you, and to respect anonymity where requested. To be transparent, and to keep you informed about how your gift is used. If project circumstances or organisational priorities change, we will discuss this with you before any reallocation is made. We will be transparent about what data we collect, where it comes from and how we use it. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, we will respect your wishes. We will never share your data with third parties without your prior knowledge. For full details, please see our Privacy Notice. Everyone acting on behalf of Rambert, including staff, artists, board members and volunteers, will behave professionally, ethically and with integrity in all interactions with donors. We are also mindful of people who may be in vulnerable circumstances. We will ensure no one is ever pressured to give, and we will not accept a donation if we know, or have reason to believe, that someone cannot make an informed decision. Mutual respect We have a responsibility at Rambert to treat donors and their donations with consideration and respect.
