In this class you’ll be guided through movement improvisation, and it takes inspiration from Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, inviting you to explore each of the rhythms and their connection to the elements – Earth, Fire, Water, Air and the space. It’s a session that will dare you to play, release, breathe, in constant flow.
