Intermediate Yoga with Eryck, Class 7
Are you up to the challenge of giving a new Yoga class a go? You’re in the right place. This class is led by ex-Rambert dancer Eryck Brahmania, and is suitable for those with some previous yoga experience, but also includes some variations for beginners. Suggested equipment: a yoga mat, a belt and two blocks (or books or DVD boxsets)
