We’re committed to making the cultural workforce more representative of the broader population of the UK, so we particularly welcome applications from young people who identify as: • working class • global majority • LGBTQ+ • D/deaf • disabled • neurodiverse Closing date for applications: 5pm, Friday 2 October 2026 What you’ll get • Weekly workshops in the early evening with up to 20 young people during term-times. • In-depth sessions with professionals involved in every aspect of creating It’s A Sin (London & Manchester) and creatives making work at Hope Mill Theatre (Manchester). • Two days’ paid shadowing opportunities with creative, production, technical and promotional personnel. • Working together to create your own episode of Rambert’s Super Humans podcast series. • Opportunities to elevate the creative skills you need to access career opportunities in the performing arts. • Micro-grants to help you take the next step on your creative journey.
