Ballet Beginners

In this Beginners class, Nandita will share the basics and foundations of Ballet technique with a healthy and holistic approach encouraging supportive alignment, functionality and efficiency, focus, balance, coordination and strength. You will develop a deeper awareness of your body and relationship to the space, all while moving with musicality.

Suitable if: you are 18+ and you’ve never taken a ballet class before, or been once or twice and want to refresh your memory.

This class features a live musician.
