Choreographer: Léonide Massine
Rambert premiere: 9 Mar 1928, Pupils of Madame Marie Rambert, The Arts Theatre Club, London
World premiere: 20 Dec 1915, Diaghilev's Ballets Russes, Grand Théâtre de Geneve, Geneva, Switzerland
Work note: Although the choreographer and the composer are not credited, it is believed that the earliest programme for this solo in the Rambert Archive is for the charity performance 'A Triple Bill in aid of the Royal Waterloo Hospital'. Marie Rambert's students performed Ballet-Divertissement in between two one-act plays.
Production note: The programmes do not credit a costume designer (it is unlikely that the original costume from Massine's ballet was re-created).
