The title of Andy Warhol's artwork is 'Silver Clouds' (a number of the balloons are on stage). Music consultant for the Merce Cunningham Trust: Matt Rogalsky. The 2010 programme does not contain credits for costume or lighting designers (the trust's website lists Jasper Johns as the costume designer).

This week at Sadler's Wells the sound-sculpture has been installed in the orchestra pit under the guidance of world authority Matt Rogalsky.'
