We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. These include: Patronbase (current CRM system) Beacon (replacement CRM) Momence (class and subscription management) Klaviyo or Mailchimp (email communications) These partners operate under strict data protection agreements and adhere to UK GDPR standards. 9. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES Term Bookings: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the first class of the term for a full refund in class credits by logging into your Momence account. If you prefer a monetary refund, email [email protected]. Once the Term Starts: No changes or cancellations can be made unless due to illness or injury. Classes are non-transferable. Drop-In Bookings: You may cancel up to 24 hours before the class for a class credit or monetary refund (email us if you prefer monetary). No refunds are available within 24 hours of the class start time. 15. MAILING LIST By booking a class, you will automatically be added to our mailing list so we can keep you updated on class changes, cancellations, and onsite news or events. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected]. 16. SEVERANCE If any of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. 17. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
