DISCO: In this funky Disco class, Danielle will teach you The Smack. For those who thought hand dancing was just the YMCA, the Smack is another dimension. This ‘all arms, all hips, all feet’ hand dance comes to us courtesy of Jennifer Meloney, owner of Jennifer’s Studio, based in Chicago in the late 1970s.
