Try something new today and take Antonette’s beginners level Pilates class. The main focus for this class is coordination, balance, strength and mobilisation. For this class, you’ll be seated on a chair so it’s suitable for over 60s. You can also use a yoga mat and weighted balls (but you can substitute for bean cans or water bottles).
