If you’ve never taken a ballet class before, let this be the first one you try out. Former Rambert dancer Jacob will guide you to focus on soft, quality movements, and use of breath in the Port de Bras – and you’ll learn some of the movement names too.

Yoga: Allow Yourself to Slow Down with Eryck

This yoga class will focus on Vinyassa Flow. Eryck will guide you to explore cutting down choices and allowing yourself to slow down and think. A feel good practice, aimed to make you feel a sense of gratification. Participants may use a 2 yoga blocks, a yoga belt (can use bath robe belt as alternative) and a cushion for comfort.
