GENTLE PILATES: Pieter will focus on a nice, chilled class today. It’s an all inclusive Pilates class, but specially designed for those with mobility issues or joint issues. It’s also useful for working from home sign in breaks, or you can even do the chair sections at your work desk. You’ll need a mat, block, yoga circle or cushion and a chair.

The ball provides proprioceptive feedback and so will tell your body everything you need to know and allow you to focus further on your alignment and strength.
