Amy Giancarlo

Despite a varied work background in everything from waitressing to alpaca farming, teaching has always been Amy’s true passion. To her, teaching dance means more than just teaching steps; she strives to make sure that everyone taking her class leaves as happy, confident individuals with transferable life skills .. alongside their good posture, co-ordination and musicality of course! Amy trained at The Royal Academy of Dance and The Royal Ballet School. Alongside Rambert, Amy also teaches for The Royal Ballet School, Central School of Ballet Junior School and Trinity Laban Centre for Advanced Training. Amy is also a qualified Progressing Ballet Technique teacher, Barre instructor and STOTT Pilates Mat work instructor. She is a Trustee to the Royal Academy of Dance and tutors on their teacher training programmes.
