This energetic class explores the Jamaican Dance style ‘Revival’- a style that began in Jamaica between 1860 and 1861 as a part of a religious movement called the Great Revival, a social and religious practice. Paradigmz uses 2 cans, but small hand weights also work, or you can do it without.
