Contemporary Fusion Groove with Naya, class 2

This is a Contemporary Groove class created for all ages. Naya will lead you through an energetic warm up and get you ready to introduce some grooves into your practice. In this class, you will use different rhythms and body parts to create some contemporary grooves you can bring to any celebration.
