Advanced Contemporary: Handstand Training with Michael

This class is a dynamic contemporary class inspired by martial arts with elements of acrobatics and handstand practice. Join Michael and progress through a series of gentle mobilisations to some strengthening and more strenuous movements. Developing handbalance skills, learn the acrobatic maneuvers, carousel and flick up, and then integrate them into a dynamic and expressive contemporary sequence.
