Advanced Contemporary with Ana, class 16

In this boundary pushing class, you’ll explore isolating and integrating body parts through movement improvisation. You’ll focus on moving your body as an orchestra, made of many instruments and find ways to physically play different musical genres. The class encourages you to find the innate qualities of each body part, inviting you to connect to your heritage in the process. Let’s get it.
