• What is Rambert Plus?

Rambert Plus is a platform for our community to watch, listen and move with Rambert. You can create a free or paid subscription and you can stay up to date with all things Rambert, as well as taking classes with our brilliant Rambert dancers and faculty members.

• Who is Rambert Plus for?

We want everyone to get involved with Rambert Plus. Do you want to get back into dance but doesn’t want to practice in a dance studio? Do you have limited time to go to a studio and want to get a class in at home before or after work? Do you want a quick class during your lunch hour while working at home? Do you have children and want to give them a fun activity during a rainy day? Do you want to try something new while in the comfort of your own home. We’ve got you covered. Give the 2 week trial a go.

• What types of classes do you offer?

We have a range of classes; from Contemporary to Carnival, Ballet to Street Dance, Yoga, Indian and children’s classes. Take a look here and use our filter system to have a browse.

• What sorts of level do you offer?

We have beginners, advanced, low intensity and all-levels classes. We want everyone to feel that they can take part, no matter your ability. And dancing from your living room allows you to take the class at whatever pace your body needs.

• Can I sign up for free?

Yes, you can sign up for a free account and have access to all our watch and listen categories. You can add things to your ‘save for later’ folder if you want to binge watch!

• What’s the difference between a free subscription and a paid subscription?

With our free subscription, you can access everything except the on-demand classes and our livestreams. Our paid class subscription allows you to have full access of everything on our platform. If you’re unsure on the classes, you can sign up for a 2 week free trial of the classes here.

• Can I try Rambert Plus before I buy?

Yes, you can sign up for a 2 week free trial of the classes here. You will automatically be subscribed to our monthly payment unless you cancel before. Cancel at anytime here.

• Can I set up a recurrent payment?

Yes, when you sign up to our 2 week free trial of the classes, you will automatically be subscribed to our monthly payment unless you cancel before. Cancel at anytime here.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at anytime here.

• Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your account at anytime here.

• What about if my payment card expires? 

If that happens, you don’t need to take any action. Your bank communicates with our payment provider directly, so your account and its subscription will keep rolling as usual.

• How should I get in touch if I need assistance? 

You can reach out to us at any time at [email protected]. We always aim to respond to every inquiry within 1-2 working days.

• I’m logged in but don’t know to access the classes

Once you are logged into your Rambert Plus account, click on on ‘On-demand Classes’ and you’ll be directed straight to the classes page.

• I don’t know what classes to try first

If you’re looking for a specific style, you can use our filter system where you pick your preferred style. And if you want a specific teacher, you can also use our filter system.

If you’re unsure what style is for you, we recommend trying our ‘Find your Style’ category. You can take a class of each style to figure out what you prefer. Remember you can always add classes to your favourites or your save for later folder.
