Low Intensity Caribbean Dance with Sheba, class 40

CARIBBEAN DANCE: Join Sheba in this follow along Caribbean class. This class aims to bring the joy of dance straight to you at your home sign in with a space for you to freestyle and jam in a Caribbean style. Sheba will teach movements using the vocabulary of Caribbean dance and allow you to develop these moves into your own jamming session and feel the Caribbean groove in your own body.
