Low Intensity: Caribbean – Soca and Calypso with Sheba

Try something new in this high energy, Caribbean-inspired class. This class is a follow along style, with space for freestyle and improvisation. They’ll be references to Ska, soca and calypso. A chair and a scarf are used for cool down, so bring them along to your session if you like. Taught by one of our new Rambert Plus teachers, Sheba Montserrat is a Caribbean dance specialist and loves to reconnect people with the joy of dancing.
