You’ll focus on warming up your body for mobility in the class, which will lead onto an improvisation game that will be based on sense of touch. You will learn the difference between mobility and flexibility. At Rambert, the company do these exercises with different choreographers to access different movement. This extends vocabulary during their creation processes, and it will help you in your careers as well.
