Beginners Contemporary: Guided Movement and Phrase with Conor

This beginners contemporary class will start with a follow-along warm up, followed by some short phrases. There will also be a longer contemporary phrase at the end of the class. Please note, this class does include some more advanced moves so we recommend trying this class once you’ve taken a few other beginners classes on Rambert Plus.
