Beginner Contemporary: Hand Movements and the Connection to the Body with Adél
If you’re a complete beginner or you’ve done a few contemporary classes before, we think you’ll love this class. You’ll focus on hand movements and the connection they have to your body. The class will consist of a warm up and an improvisation creative task with imagery.
