Our yoga class is all about emphasising peace and calm within your body. Pieter will guide you through the flow each week.

People who are over sixty years, in receipt of Universal Credit, Income Support or Job Seekers allowance, students, or are disabled are entitled to a 10 % concession discount (with free entry for one carer) off termly bookings.
