Head of Finance Rambert is an award-winning organisation, working with the world’s best choreographers and dancers, and alongside them we need an exceptional management team who ensure we create work to the highest possible standards and do it in the best possible way. How we do things is as important to us as the work itself. We are looking for a Head of Finance to play an integral role in leading Rambert, ensuring our finances are carefully managed to support financial sustainability and ensure our resources are deployed effectively to match the scale of our ambitions. This role will join the wider Operations Directorate led by our new COO, Sam Henderson. In joining, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of Rambert. The Head of Finance oversees and consolidates all financial operations to support our artistic and operational goals. You will work closely with the Executive Team – principally our Chief Operating Officer, to provide strategic financial insights, support compliance with regulatory requirements, and enable Rambert to continue its innovative and impactful work in the UK and abroad. As well as applying robust financial management, this role will lead a dedicated finance team, one that fosters a culture of excellence, insights and continuous improvement.
